I acknowledge that the electric go-kart can reach speeds exceeding 60 km/h, causing vibrations and overloads that surpass the usual experiences of personal motor vehicles.
I participate in the ride at my own risk and danger, fully aware of all risks, and waive any claim for compensation against E-MOTION Park for any damage caused in connection with riding the electric go-kart, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
I have been properly trained regarding the operation of the electric go-kart and riding on the track. Before signing this form, all my questions regarding driving the electric go-kart and behavior on the track have been answered.
I have no health limitations that would prevent me from participating in rides on the racing circuit in the electric go-kart, I am not tired, and I feel healthy.
I am not under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or any medications, especially those that exclude the driving of motor vehicles.
I am aware that riding an electric go-kart on the circuit causes an adrenaline rush, increased heart rate and blood pressure, and physical and mental stress on the body.
I am aware that due to my own mistake or otherwise, a collision may occur, whether with fixed obstacles or other electric go-karts, which brings with it shocks and the risk of injury.
I am aware that riding the electric go-kart may result in soiling or damaging clothing and I undertake to adapt my clothing accordingly to avoid damage.
I have voluntarily provided my ID card to E-MOTION Park for identity verification purposes before signing this document.
I have read the operational rules of the E-MOTION Park area, which are posted on the website www.e-kary.cz or are available at the track service desk, I have understood them, I have no objections to them, and I will adhere to them.

Carefully familiarize myself with the operating conditions that will be presented to me upon completion of registration. By signing these operating conditions, I express my full agreement with their terms and have no objections.
Adhere to these traffic light instructions:
RED – before the ride: STOP! No vehicle is allowed on the track.
RED during the ride: END OF THE RIDE! Slowly drive into the racing paddock.
GREEN – before the ride: START!
ORANGE FLASHING LIGHT – end of the ride, slowly drive into the paddock.
Adhere to these flag instructions:
YELLOW – OBSTACLE ON THE TRACK! – It is possible to continue with increased caution.
RED – END OF THE RIDE! – Slowly drive into the racing paddock.
BLACK AND WHITE CHECKERED – FINISH! – End of the ride.
BLACK – DRIVER EXCLUSION FROM THE TRACK FOR DANGEROUS DRIVING! – It is necessary to stop immediately and wait for the staff to arrive.
BLUE – ALLOW THE VEHICLE BEHIND YOU TO OVERTAKE! – Slow down, let faster vehicles pass, and then continue driving.
